Jones, Nale & Mattingly Brings In A New Partner With A Shared Vision Of
Personal Service

LOUISVILLE (November 20, 2009)

Jones, Nale & Mattingly, a Louisville-based accounting firm, is proud to
announce that Dennis Thomas has joined the firm. Dennis became a JNM
partner in October 2009.

When it comes to helping business owners find balance, there are executive
coaches and financial brokers willing to offer a suggestion or two. But
there's more to balance than adding to your organizational skills or your
portfolio. Dennis Thomas has a different perspective and, when he begins
to talk quietly about balance, there's wise counsel and substance to what
he has to say.

As a Certified Public Accountant with a J.D. and a Master of Law in
Taxation degree, Thomas speaks with dependable authority. He believes that
balance between business, community and family is a goal, and that he can
help others reach that goal through the active preservation of wealth.
Working with closely-held business owners, Thomas specializes in
protecting taxpayers by designing and implementing business succession
plans, as well as assisting with tax compliance and developing estate
plans.

Jones, Nale & Mattingly's Managing Partner, Jon Meyer, says, "The timing
was ideal. As a new partner, Dennis adds a depth of experience and
knowledge that is a true asset to our firm. We're overjoyed with the
excellence of the fit."

With a total of over 20 years professional experience as a CPA and
attorney, Dennis believes that Jones, Nale & Mattingly was the right
choice at the right time. The way he sees it, it's a matter of balance.
Thomas says there's an equilibrium at Jones, Nale & Mattingly that allows
him to invest in building quality relationships. "JNM," says
Thomas, "places a great deal of pride in personal service, and I share
that sentiment." Bottom line, Thomas wants to know his clients and their
business as thoroughly as possible so he can assist them in reaching their
goals.

"Everyone is different. I look beyond a balance sheet or tax return," says
Thomas. "I want to understand my clients so I can provide them with a
consistent high level of focused advice. Our goal is to zealously
represent our clients to help them structure their affairs so that they
pay the minimum amount of tax required by law."
